Delivered pre-scored with glaze & chutney…

Boneless, easy carve & fits in your fridge! We have selected the collar butt cut as it has excellent fat distribution, fit’s into your fridge + oven, and is as simple as…1.) pour the glaze over your pre-scored ham 2.) pop in the oven 3.) after 30 minutes, turn up the oven and baste until the glaze is caramelized. Oh, and it’s gluten and dairy-free!

 

 

 

Free Range Rolled & Stuffed Turkey & Cranberry Sauce 

Delivered fully prepared, ready to pop in the oven & with house-made cranberry sauce…

No dry turkey this year folks! We source Australian free-range turkey, we debone them, brine them the stuff and roll them. Following this we essentially pre-cook them in a sou-vide bath of water to ensure they are delivered to you at their optimum level and are ready for you to simply pop in the oven to get some caramelisation on the skin, each turkey comes with a jar of our sweet and tangy homemade cranberry sauce.

 

 

House Cured & Smoked Australian Salmon & Remoulade

Whole side of salmon delivered ready to slice straight from the fridge…

We source the finest sides of fresh Tasmanian salmon and cure with our house-made gin & spice blend then subtly smoke to perfection. Our sides of salmon are delivered vacuum sealed and will last for a week once opened and 1 month unopened.

This is possibly the best option for the Christmas lunch roast as it’s best when served after a long resting period meaning that you don’t have to rush and carve whilst still hot. We dry-age and condition the skin in our kitchen so that you get the best cracking every time.
