Introducing FEASTS DELIVERED by DALTON

Hi Friends, 

Jerome DALTON here. Just touching base to let you know that despite all odds, we are cooking up a storm in the DALTON kitchen, and are pleased to announce we are now offering a meal delivery service in Brisbane.

All of our meals come prepared to comfortably feed 4 people, with additional guests just an extra +$15.00 per person. All meals are chef-prepared in our kitchen following ours, and the government’s, COVID-19 policies and are all ready to reheat and eat within 3 to 5 days of delivery.

As we are trying to keep as many people busy and paid as possible during these tough times, we are offering FREE DELIVERY to all households within a 10km radius of Brisbane CBD. Please also be aware that despite everything, we are still catering for on-site events. If you or anyone you know is in need of corporate catering, wedding catering or private catering of any kind for 100 guests or less, please do let us know how we can be of assistance.

At DALTON we pride ourselves on flexibility & we are happy to work with you to develop your ideal delivered feast. Chicken Maryland’s, speck, carrots, mushrooms, herbs & whole garlic cloves braised in white wine, Dijon mustard & crème fraîche, buttered pappardelle pasta

5 Spice Braised Pork Belly $65.00

Compressed pork belly braised in 5 spice master stock, master stock jus, roasted sesame broccolini, egg noodles

Rolled, trussed & pre-sealed ribeye fillet, duck fat roasted root vegetables, creamy mushroom & black pepper sauce, crispy onion

4 x confit duck Maryland’s, spiced macerated currants & red cabbage, confit garlic & white bean puree

Pork Belly Porchetta $70.00

Gremolata stuffed & rolled pork belly, creamed corn & farro, roast pork jus

Additional side dishes to comfortably feed 4 people

• Ready to bake family sourdough loaf & French salted butter $14.00

All meals are designed to heat & eat within 3-5 days of delivery. All meals are to be heated ‘in the bag’ or ‘roasted’ in the oven as per instructions provided. All meals can be made gluten free & will incur a +5% surcharge.

Proteins may be frozen for up to 3 months prior to consumption. We recommend defrosting in your refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours prior to heating.
