How Many Canapés Do I need?

We do not structure our canapé events by ‘per piece’ or ‘one piece, per guest, per selection’. Instead, our stand-up event catering is designed to be a light or full meal replacement, please the guide below as an indicator to suit your event. Note that our canapés are served continuously over the specified time duration so as to allow you & your guests time to enjoy & savour all items, multiple times.

Menu Guide

– Menu 1.) 4 canapé selections served continuously (1.5 hours, ideal entrée replacement or corporate gathering)

– Menu 2.) 6 canapé selections served continuously (2 hours, ideal main meal replacement when complimented by a grazing table or food station)

– Menu 3.) 6 canapé selections + 1 substantial selection served continuously (3 hours, full meal replacement)

– Menu 4.) 6 canapé selections + 2 substantial selections served continuously (3-4 hours, full meal replacement)
