DALTON Rolls Out the World-Class Canapés for Rolls Royce Brisbane

This week DALTON collaborated in one of their greatest ever Brisbane corporate catering events: the opening of Rolls Royce Brisbane.

DALTON was invited to collaborate with local celebrity chef and friend Josh Lopez from famed contemporary dining restaurant The Wolfe, Brisbane. The opening of the new Rolls Royce Brisbane was a decadent affair featuring world-class canapés and finger foods along with an oyster grazing station, Champagne and custom cocktails. The event was a friendly yet local star-studded event, that even featured a performance by Queensland opera star Katie Stenzel.

DALTON is ecstatic to have been a part of this event and to welcome Rolls Royce to the Brisbane neighbourhood.
