We specialise in providing gourmet wedding catering, party catering, corporate catering and finger food catering for cocktail events in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Our Team

Over the past fifteen years, Dalton Catering has grown from a one-man operation with Jerome, to a dedicated team of apprentice chefs, kitchen hands, front of house, management and support staff.
