What is High Tea Catering? High Tea is a British custom served in the afternoon consisting of a mix of sweet and savoury 2-3 bite delights. Whilst we are proud of our Anglo roots at DALTON we certainly look more towards our own backgrounds and take a more French approach to our High Tea menu. We are happy to create bespoke High Tea packages as well as take care of tea or champagne service.
